1. Maintenance: Requests for maintenance should be directed to the Atlantic Realty maintenance department.

3. Please do not rearrange the furnature.

4. Do not use grills on the deck.

5. Heat Pump Operation: Make sure all windows and blinds are closed during high temperatures to conserve cool air. Please do not set your thermostats any lower than 70 degrees. This will cause the heat pump to freeze and stop working. If you find you have a question about the operation of your heat pump, please contact the Atlantic Realty maintenance dept. during office hours for instructions. The upstairs units are to keep the upstairs cooler and work best when the doors are remained closed.

6. Security: Please make sure you lock all windows and doors when you go out. Storms come up suddenly.

7. Refrigerator: There is no water hooked up to the refrigerator.

8. Spa Operation: The spa is serviced between rentals and mid week by a certified water specialist. NOTE: GUESTS ARE ASKED TO FOLLOW ALL REGULATIONS POSTED REGARDING THE USE OF THE SPA.

10. CHECK- IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is 10:00am. You must be out of the house with keys delivered to Atlantic Realty by 10:00am.
